TCW Firearms LLC is a Maryland-based firearms training and security services company dedicated to professionalism, safety, and strict adherence to the laws of the State of Maryland. We serve individuals, businesses, and organizations with lawful firearms instruction and armed security services designed to meet Maryland’s regulatory and operational standards. All services provided by TCW Firearms LLC are conducted in full compliance with Maryland State Police (MSP) regulations, the Maryland Public Safety Article, and applicable federal laws. Our personnel maintain required Maryland Wear and Carry permits, appropriate licensure, and ongoing training to ensure legal and professional readiness at all times.
Meet Our Instructor
Teddy Watson
Teddy’s journey to becoming a firearms instructor is one of dedication, adaptability, and genuine passion. Born and raised on a small island in the Caribbean, Teddy migrated to the United States in 2008, completing both middle and high school as he built a new life in America.
From an early age, Teddy discovered a strong passion for customer service, which led him through a variety of jobs before he found his true calling in the security industry. Starting from the ground up, he worked his way to becoming an armed security professional, developing a deep respect for the responsibility that comes with carrying a firearm.
In 2019, Teddy stepped into a new role as a firearm instructor a field he entered with little formal experience but an eagerness to learn. Through dedication and hands-on commitment, he quickly mastered the craft, and what began as a challenge soon became a genuine passion. Today, Teddy brings that same drive, adaptability, and dedication to every student he trains, helping others build the skills and confidence needed to handle firearms safely and responsibly.
